Making Mental Wellness a Priority

Mental health and wellness should be everyone’s priority. It is not selfish to practice self-care. If you feel like you won’t be happy again or can't achieve your goals, it’s easy to fall into despair. Take care of yourself with a healthy lifestyle and the assistance of a good counselor or therapy.
Wellington Consulting Therapeutic Healing offers counseling services and therapy for mental wellness and suicide prevention. Anyone struggling with mental illness, exhibiting symptoms, or just want to talk are welcome.
We are here with a mission to serve the mental health community. We want you to know that you’re not alone in your journey, and we’re willing to help you go back to your cheerful, productive lifestyle, or just feel "normal".
